I don't like my girlfriend's flirty 'jokes'
 

Hi

I don’t really know how to deal with this and I don’t know if I’m over reacting.

My girlfriend is very outgoing and she is very flirty with my friends.

She likes playing a joke on them because she thinks it’s funny to see their reaction.

I know she only means it as a joke but I’m not comfortable with it and when I try to speak to her she tells me it’s only a joke and I need to lighten up.

I don’t know what to do :(

I'm sorry about that, though it is disrespectful when a significant other flirts with others. Try telling her about how it makes you feel and that you understand it is a joke but it needs to stop. If she still flirts I recommend talking to your parents about the sitution; hopefully they can help you.

Maybe also talk to your friends and ask them to not react to the flirts. Its likely she'll stop if there's no reaction.
