I totally forgot about SH Awareness Day or I totally would've done something.  I remembered during last period. But it's true, people need to be aware and get support! I love this poem. 
The sun is always gonna rise up
You need to get up, gotta keep your head up
Look at the people all around you
The way you feel is something everybody goes through
