They kind of said it all, it's going to hurt a little no matter what, if you work up to it, so you stretch her out a little more it's less pain in the long ruin, it will still hurt.
Do all the things you mentioned lube, foreplay, and stuff.
It will all work out, you'll fit, it will just be a little hard at first. Take things slow, and gentle.
