It's normal to get discharge throughout your cycle. Have you had sex recently, or taken any contraceptive/morning after pills? Also, how long have you being having your period? These and answers to these questions might answer a few of your worries.

I don't think there's anything to worry about immediately, just see how it goes for the next day or so. If it continues I would advise seeing your doctor just to make sure everything is okay.
