I don't think this necessarily means anything? Sometimes things just pop into our heads, or maybe we see something that reminds us of that person in some way, And then it's kind of like "Huh, I haven't talked to -x- in ages, but I hope they're all right." Just kind of a well wish for people that have been in our lives, if that makes sense.

Look at the people all around you
The way you feel is something everybody goes through
