I definitely get nagged by every dentist I ever encounter to get braces, haha. Basically I'm so overcrowded that I'm at a higher risk for cavities, so one dentist even described it as a medical necessity. Doesn't make it less expensive.  They also said that being so misaligned doesn't help with tooth grinding.
Can you find those interdental toothbrushes in a regular grocery store?
