We do give letters for work saying that you must quarantine for the amount of time, but it doers suck that pay depends on where you work. That's not a part we get involved in. However, we do have community resource specialists who are supposed to help with that sort of thing. I'm supposed to make referrals to them when people give me permission to for food/income/prescription/etc concerns.
