that has brought me back to TeenHelp after like... nine years?

Hi, I'm Amanda! I used to use these forums pretty much every day back when I was 16/17 years old. Back then I was a teenager trying to navigate undiagnosed adhd, depression, anxiety and trauma. Being a teenager is hard enough without having a mental illness and sometimes I look back and am amazed that I even made it through that period of my life.

I have grown so much since the last time I looked at that TeenHelp logo, and I want to be able to share some of the things that I've learned and experienced with anyone who may need the support. This community helped me make it through and I hope I can give back for that in some small way.
