Hi there.

If you're concerned about your mental health, it's always best to discuss it with your doctor or a mental health professional such as a therapist, psychologist or psychiatrist. If you are underage, speaking with your family doctor may be the easiest first point of contact, especially if you don't have a trusted adult to discuss this with.
