Are you able to cut people off if you're worried that they are getting to a point that they may have had too much? Thanks Dez for your reply. I tend to cut people off if I feel like they are getting too intoxicated but I feel like my managers undermine me and say to the patrons they can have one drink per person. At the end of the day, I've tried.
