Hello, I am so sorry that you have been having a hard time with this and I hope that you are feeling a little bit better. When we are having a hard time with something, it is always a good idea to try something to help you get your mind off of what we are going through and also doing something it can help pick us up too. I hope you are able to find something that you enjoy doing and hopefully this helps pick you up for a while and you will be okay soon. to help you to be okay soon.
