Welcome back!
I remember you and I remember how you have struggled with eating. I'm sorry to hear that you have relapsed, but it's good to know that you have been diagnosed (and I assume receiving appropriate support) and that you are trying to get through one day at a time. It's difficult but I believe you can get through this
