How did you guys handle falling and hurting your knee(s)? - October 13th 2022, 08:57 PM
I fell 2-3 months ago and my knee was messed up for a few weeks or so. I just applied whatever I could use as ice packs. Has anyone else fell and hurt their knees before? What did you do?
