Having a doctor's appointment is great! Depending on how long you've been off the birth control, it's possible that your body hasn't adjusted yet to being off of it and is still thrown out of whack.

Sometimes birth control masks symptoms that you'd get otherwise, like the sore breasts. I had sore breasts before starting contraceptives, and then the birth control seemed to even that out a little bit. So that may be another fun PMS symptom you get to deal with now.

Even the sex drive can be a result of stopping your birth control. You're right that some types of birth control can affect your sex drive, so coming off of it it may return. If it's distressing to you, your doctors may be able to provide some solutions.
