Hey,

Since it’s starting to impact your daily life (such as ripping underwear) maybe you can see if there’s a hormonal issue that causes your penis and testicles to keep growing. The fact that your testicles are three times the size of an adult’s is what concerns me so maybe having a doctor check would be a good idea just to make sure there’s nothing abnormal going on in there. A doctor can perform bloodwork, exams, and other tests that they think are necessary.

J think we talked in chat about custom made underwear and that may also help. Just make sure they’re made of a comfortable material.
