Honestly I'm out to my parents as asexual but not out to them about being nonbinary because it's not safe for me to do that right now.since I still live with them. It doesn't sound like it is safe for you to talk to them about your gender identity right now since they are just going to make fun of you and make you feel more suicidal. Maybe you can mention celebrities and characters that are similar to you to start normalizing it.
