go wherever you both feel comfortable.. first time sex is probably better if you're not worrying about someone seeing you though.. so make sure you're somewhere pretty private. the only advise i would give you is to take it slow, listen to her and don't get too stressed out if it all goes wrong or it's not enjoyable..
