Cheating on you a lot is bad enough. But getting another girl pregnant after cheating multiple times is really taking things just a bit far. =/ I know you love him, but realistically there's very little chance a relationship with him is really going to last long-term. Can you really see yourself spending a long and happy life with a guy who's easily liable to cheat and has a child with another girl? Honestly you really deserve far better, I think the best thing you could do is move on and find someone trustworthy who respects and appreciates you.
