I would suggest waiting as well.

If you want, either wait for her to call you, or you can see about getting in touch with her parents and talking with them (if you are wanting to be involved with the baby), to let them know you know and you want to be involved. The girl obviously didn't want you to know for some reason, so I would be cautious doing this, but you DO have a right to be involved and you had a right to know that she was pregnant.
