Personally speaking ONLY PERSONALLY SPEAKING: I would cry, tell my mother, and make an appointment for an abortion. Simple as that.

Rationale: I need to go to college. I need to work. My rheumatologist advised me not to get pregnant at this stage in my life because it could make my arthritis worse. I'm on medicine that causes major birth defects. I can't have a baby and not ruin my life at the same time.
