Will my teachers give me more time for school work? -

I'm in my freshman year of high school. I've read how this is the year for your grades. So right now, I have all B's. They are all like one point from being an A. I'm really struggling with depression and a lot of other things. I don't usually like to ask for help, but I'm falling behind on my assignments and I don't want to see my grades drop. Anyway, do you think my teachers would give me more time if I explain I'm going through a really hard time?
Do you have any advice for getting through school with depression, anxiety, and an ED?
