It happens for me too and obviously everyone else so it's not just you. 
Yeah I hate it too! I love this site. I literally sit here for hours for the last two days refreshing the page.  Yeah... I'm a TeenHelp addict lol. So happy to be able to come on here today.
I hope the servers can be fixed.
