I went for a drive earlier and it calmed me a bit Reminding myself of the things I have to get done and reminding myself that self harm will, likely, prevent me from doing those things |

I might try and sleep. My anxiety seems to be calming down so I might be able to get to bed.
If not I'll probably read my book. Looks like this one has short-ish chapters so I am hopeful I'll be able to get through it even if I end up not enjoying it! |

Mostly browsing TH and Facebook. Would go to bed but have to pick my boyfriend up tonight. Hope he gets out early so I can take my meds and sleep.

I felt really crappy about a situation and I sent my dad a text about it. He was receptive which is a good thing. Not sure how we will proceed but I think we could try and figure it out.

Looking into something and contemplating messaging some family about it to see if they'd have people who would be open to talking at some point. It's a good distraction.

I went out and ran some errands. I did get a stronger urge while out but by the time I drove home it had gone away. :)

I went shopping and even though it made me slightly anxious I was able to get out of the house and that kept me distracted long enough to not cut.

I just woke up about an hour ago and I'm planning out my day so that I don't have any empty spaces to think about urges.
