I've just been kind of relaxing and reading a lot since my semester is over (until the summer one starts!) I've been watching TV and I want to distract myself with movies too.

Staying safe because I have a movie I want to see later tonight. If I harm myself I'll be unlikely to see the movie.
Also thinking about my job and the fact that I need to be healthy to maintain it. :) |

Tbh I just gave all my blades to my friend and he flushed them down the toilet for me. Don't know what I'd do without you, Cameron.
I don't have a way to calm myself down or anything. Ranting on paper on occasion. But not much else. |

I got out of the house; went to book club and went shopping. It helped to distract myself in that manner.

I made myself breakfast, have been utilizing TH and I read a bit. I think I am probably going to go ahead and read a bit more to try and meet my goal of getting this book finished by tomorrow. :)

One of the most effective ways to avoid such thoughts is to work out. Yes. Working out is the answer for all the negativity that you may experience.
Channelize all that energy and negativity towards exercising and cardio. It gives you immense power at the gym. Once you see the results, you'll feel so much positive and realize that those negative thoughts and self harming was not worth the person you've become. |
