My goal to quit smoking
 
I think this will help me quit smoking. I've tried about 10 times and I've lasted 4 weeks once without a cigarette but its back to square one right now unfortunately :(

I'm currently on 20 a day.

I plan to be on 10 a day by the 7th August

By the 14th I plan to be on 5.

By the end of August I plan to be cigarette free.

I'm not going to be using any gum or patches because I believe I can do this without it.

This is a very tough goal to reach - but I know you can do it!

Good for you! :D It's definitely a tricky goal, but I'm sure you'll be able to accomplish it. How's it coming so far?
