Read a bit more. I'd love to read 50-100 pages but I'm struggling to find enjoyment in reading so 25-30 would be okay. Just want to finish this book my the end of January and I will have met my goal of reading 5 books. Figure out what hospital my dad is in Get through this anxiety |

I want to make sure I read, make flashcards for my class, clean up my bathroom, put my clothes away, and a few other things I think. My animals have their schedule today too.

Take my dog for a nice long walk to a clothing donation drop bin.

Read 50-60 pages of my book. I want to finish it by the end of January and if I read 47 pages a day I can do it. Going to try and read around 50-60 each day!

My goals for today are to completely finish my sociology project, take a shower, and maybe read some and listen to meditations. I want to make it a somewhat easy day.

Eat the number that the PA gave me, and start by eating the entire egg, not just the whites. Day one of trying fear foods. Let’s go.
Start working on realizing food isn’t numbers; food is food, numbers are numbers. But to me, they’re the same. And they’re both bad |
