Get through today. Try and go home and read a few chapters of my book. Ideally I'd read 61 pages to leave me with 100 pages to read on Friday.

Arm training today! My goal is to work my triceps more to develop them further. I tend to neglect them until the end of my session when really I need to be doing them first.
