If you can't have flour because you are allergic or you just would like to have peanut butter cookies without flour, then this is a lovely one to try. They are also really easy to make.

Ingredients
  • One cup of sugar
  • One cup of peanut butter (crunchy or creamy)
  • One egg
  • Salt

Method

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. If you want to you can put foil down on the baking sheet before you start. It is easier to clean up when you are done. Or if you do not want to use it, it is totally fine not to.

In a mixing bowl, add the sugar, peanut butter and egg and mix it all together. When this is all mixed, scoop out small balls and put it onto a baking sheet. You want to have them about an inch apart. When they are all laid out take a fork and push one time in the middle of the cookie. Take a little pinch of salt and put it on top of them and put the sheet tray into the oven.

The cookies take about 10 to 12 minutes to bake depending on how big you make them. After half way, that would be 5 or 6 minutes, grab the baking sheets and swap them with each other and turn them around so the backside is in front, this way they will all become golden brown. When they are done take them out of the oven and let them cool, then enjoy!
