Away for the weekend
 
Sorry, I know I've only just come back from leave but I'm thinking of taking the next few days off and returning next week.

I'm just struggling a bit with my mood and thoughts and I don't feel able to support others (and apologies for not getting back to those who have been in touch) or continue with my duties at the moment. I feel I may have returned too soon and taken on more things than I can currently handle. I feel it's best for me to take a break.

Thanks for checking in, Holly! I hope you feel better soon and are able to get some much-needed rest. My hope is you'll feel comfortable resuming things at your own pace. You are an important part of this community and we're here to support you if/when you're ready.

Holly, I hope you keep taking care of yourself. Take however long you need, and don't forget you can always utilize different features of the site such as HelpLINK and the blogs if you ever need to. :) :hug:

Thank you all. I'm feeling a bit better now. Think I just need to have a proper routine going as since finishing university, routine has gone out the window and I'm terrible trying to manage my time and my needs. Anyway, trying to slowly return :)
