Away for the weekend

Sorry, I know I've only just come back from leave but I'm thinking of taking the next few days off and returning next week.

I'm just struggling a bit with my mood and thoughts and I don't feel able to support others (and apologies for not getting back to those who have been in touch) or continue with my duties at the moment. I feel I may have returned too soon and taken on more things than I can currently handle. I feel it's best for me to take a break.

Thank you all. I'm feeling a bit better now. Think I just need to have a proper routine going as since finishing university, routine has gone out the window and I'm terrible trying to manage my time and my needs. Anyway, trying to slowly return
