Poem

Friend and her mom found out I am still self harming :?

Bloodstreaks down her chin
Two quick moments
Of relief, then
Frantic attempts
To clear out any evidence
Not enough tissues
The blood wells up again

Bloodstreaks down her arm
They lower their head leveling her's
Asking her "why?" And "but why a relapse now?"
Frantic attempts to get her to stop
"Promise me you won't ever do it again?"
"I cant" she says,"because I don't say 'yes'
to things I can't do.
I will never be free from this
That's something certain I can promise you"

I thought this was good, thanks for feeling courageous to express yourself on here. I think it's important for you to reach out to your friend and her mum during this time. You shouldn't have to go through this alone, despite what you may think. :hug:
