You may be in a difficult situation right now but if you choose to terminate this pregnancy you should do it supervised by a medical professional. Inducing your own miscarriage is terribly risky and reckless and have caused many women to suffer from painful infections and death.

Basically, it is still going to be an abortion whatever you call it. An abortion is the termination of a pregnancy and if you are inducing it, names mean so little. You need to think about the risks you would be posing to your health by refusing to work with a doctor. Abortions can be expensive, but many clinics such as Planned Parenthood are willing to work out payment plans with you or charge you on a sliding scale so it is an affordable option. This is exactly what they are trying to prevent. Please call up your local clinic and speak to a pregnancy counselor to work out a payment plan of some sort so you can get the care that you need.
