I jus did the same thing..If you want to make it heal..put triple anti-bioatic ointment it. It'll stop the burning..Keep it covered in the day and let it get air at night. Hope this helps..it helped me..I'm sorry you felt the need to do so. : /

Hey there.
I know I'm late for this thread, however, you can still use this advice. For burns, it's best to put the burned area in cold water for at least ten minutes to cool it before putting on a loose fitting dressing. Refrain from using a tight fitting dressing because it can and most likely will cause damage to your burn. This page has some information about first aid.
Do you know what triggered you? Try to keep a journal and write down what happens or what is going on when you're triggered so you can identify what triggers you. This is an amazing page of alternatives that you should check out! I suggest trying a variety of them until you find what's right for you.

Hey, Ryan.
I'm sorry you self-harmed again. It's pretty normal to relapse during recovery, so just be proud of yourself for the days that you go without it. For now, it's a good idea to try and encourage yourself to try and recover again. I suggest checking out some of the links that Cassie gave you.
