I am pretty sure I am going to go ahead and try and sleep. I have a book I might start as well. It's a verse book so I might be able to get a chunk of it read before falling asleep.

Today my brother and I might go out to breakfast and see a movie and I have to do some cleaning for some of my animals so that should keep me busy.

I have a birthday party to go to and if I cut... I might need medical attention and would miss the party.
Sometimes commitments, especially ones I've been looking forward, to help prevent me from self harming because if I need to seek help... I'd miss out on the commitment.

Knitting!
Resilient
1. (of a person or animal) able to withstand or recover quickly from difficult conditions.
2. (of a substance or object) able to recoil or spring back into shape after bending, stretching, or being compressed.
We all possess resilience, we just need to realize it.

I ended up reading about 150 pages of my book. I am hoping to finish it tomorrow but we shall see. Now that I am relaxed enough I am probably going to sleep.

And right now I'm browsing the site to cope.

Today I’m going to get out of the house by volunteering and I am hoping to start my new book as well.

I am planning on reading. Tomorrow I am going to be volunteering somewhere so that might help. I have to take some things to the post office today and I am also hoping to talk to my therapist.

I went for a drive which helped calm my nerves. I might pick up my book soon. Would like to finish it but I still have a large chunk of it left so, at the very least, I would like to get 50%-60% read!

I called my mom and talked about what was bothering me.

art helps too if there's a specific emotion or reason behind why I want to cut.
I do the exact same thing...why is it that I can relate so much towards you
