Okay, so this might seem like a weird request (and it might be in the wrong place), but I am searching for songs about Rape and Abuse.
Since I know you guys have awesome music taste, and songs about everything, I thought I would try my luck here.
I know a few, like Concrete Angel, but I am in search of others, it's for an experiment.
Thank you. :]

"Long Way to Happy" by Pink isn't necessarily about rape, but REALLY makes me think of it/hits home.
"Luka" by Suzanne Vega is about abuse.

Oooh, I know a good few. They're not all necessarily amazing songs though.. but the lyrics relate. But anyway.. these all mention Rape/Abuse or can be related in some way or anotherrrr.. By the way, massive trigger warning here.

Kristy, Are you doing okay? by the offspring. It's good, but it's sad and triggering.

but just being right where you are, who you are"

Thanks guys, these are amazing, although some of them almost blew my speakers xD. If you have any more, keep them coming, I want to see if this will actually work.

Unbroken by ZOEgirl is a good one, along with She and Wait by ZOEgirl as well.
“I can only hope that they’ll turn that anger and frustration and madness into something positive, so that two, three, four, five hundred will step forward, so the gay doctors will come out, the gay lawyers, the gay judges, gay bankers, gay architects … I hope that every professional gay will say ‘enough’, come forward and tell everybody, wear a sign, let the world know. Maybe that will help.” Harvey Milk, 1978

Surprised the person that say Razorblade by Blue October didn't say Angel by them as well.
Not the whole song is specifically about abuse, but theres this one part that I listen to the for the one part... "How do you hold, the special victim?..."
Powerful shit man. Thats the only one I can think of that hasnt been said...

concrete angel can't remeber the artist though. It's about child abuse
Everthing I see seems to be a lie. And everything you see in me you think is the truth. But, really all you see is what I'm masking the real me with. You never see me cry. Because I'll never let you. And you'll never see me die because I feel like I already have in a way.

"Facade" by Disturbed is a great song at about a domestic abuse victim who takes back control.
"Dearest" by One True Thing is about a girl moving on from being physically abused as a child.
"I'm Sorry" by Flyleaf...I've always thought that this was about sexual assault, but you may have to decide that for yourself.
Hope these helped. Take care.

"For the first time
in a long time,
I can say that I wanna try.
I feel helpless for the most part,
but I'm learning to open my eyes.
And the sad truth of the matter is,
I'll never get over it,
but I'm gonna try
to get better and overcome each moment
in my own way"
Motion City Soundtrack, "Even If It Kills Me"

Everything works out in the end and becomes ok and if everything isn't ok and doesn't look any better, keep going and keep holding on because everything works out right and becomes ok in the end!
