Re: Napping Day & tips for a good nap -

It's a good thing that I love to take naps.
Some sleep hygiene tips that I've learned say to nap for less than an hour and before 3 PM, and only nap if you really have to to make it through the rest of the day. This is because it makes you more likely to sleep at night. I tend to nap as often as possible
The sun is always gonna rise up
You need to get up, gotta keep your head up
Look at the people all around you
The way you feel is something everybody goes through

This is a great little infographic. I've always been a napper - my chronic pain/health concerns mean I'm perpetually sleepy. However, I don't always have the time to nap with work and such. Weekends and the occasion weekday I'll aim for a 20-30 minute nap during the day, typically just after lunch hour or around 3 pm which is when I tend to start to feel the most run down.
