I am not sure what to do anymore... I've tried various different athletes foot creams and athletes foot powders... but it just won't go away, it goes originally after I've used the cream for the recommended time , but a few days later its back! I am spending so much money on the creams etc its insane, but it just won't go away for good, I am doing all the right things (I think), changing my shoes daily, changing my socks daily, keeping the area clean and making sure I dry throughly between my toes and the affected area, but it always comes back, and each time it comes back its spread to more of my foot... I don't know what else to do. when I am at home I keep my feet free like I let them air, I don't wear socks or footwear indoors to try and help but it doesn't. I don't know what else to do or try......

Are you keeping areas like your shower and other areas you may go barefoot relatively clean as well? I'm wondering if that may help?
Do you ever get a little bit tired of life
Like you're not really happy but you don't wanna die

Yeah I am keeping the areas etc clean , I don’t think the current heatwave is helping much tbh I went pharmacy today and they’ve given a stronger anti fungal cream I’ve rang them drs but they’ve got no appointments for like three weeks !

I have a similar kind of issue, but it's not with my feet. I was told to just put powder in that area, and then got creams. I still get episodes once in a while. I'd just talk to your doctor or whoever you see for that for further steps. Sometimes it comes and goes a lot! All I think they can do for mine is suggest powder and these creams alongside washing and drying better.
