European Breast Cancer Day - October 15 -

October is the Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and today marks the European Breast Cancer Day. Do you consider it important to get examined by a doctor regularly? Do you know how to examine yourself at home?

It is definitely important to get examined by a doctor and I do yearly. I don’t do my own breast self exam even though I’m in public health and know I should.
Thank you for spreading awareness!

I agree that it is very important to go to your doctor and get checked out. You always want to make sure that you are doing okay and nothing is wrong. Thank you so much for sharing this with us and it is very pretty what you have made.

Yes, I do. I think every woman should get an exam done. I will also say go to the doctor if anything is not right with yourself. Don't delay or hold it off, go right away. Bring a support person if you can or want to such as a family member, a friend, etc.
