Hello.
So lately my bodys been reallly...weird. For the past two years I've had these lightheaded spells and I don't know what's causing it. I get really lightheaded and my heart rate spikes up(over 30 beats of what it was), and it does that mainly when I'm standing. But it can happen while I'm sitting but very rarely. The only thing that helps it is laying down.
Also this morning I woke up and there's a red line on my eye and it's itching and burning and I don't know what's causing it. I'm kind of panicking because I told my grandmother and she couldn't see it so I have to tell my parents. My grandmother thinks I either scratched my eye or have pink eye(though pink eye doesn't form in a line like it is)
What should I do???

I’d see your primary or an eye doctor if possible. Are you having any vision problems?
For me a lot of my eye issues stem from allergies. I had to start on a prescription eye drop twice a day to help. I never had the problem until a year or two ago and then bam! I’m not saying for sure that’s what you have since I’m not a doctor but it’s worth getting checked if it persists.
Do you ever get a little bit tired of life
Like you're not really happy but you don't wanna die
Like you're hanging by a thread but you gotta survive
'Cause you gotta survive

Hello, I'm sorry about this and what you are going through. If you can try talking to your doctor about what is happening or someone at your school so that they can help you to feel better. I hope you will be okay soon.

Okay!
I haven't had vision problems so that's a plus.
I talked to my doctor at my outpatient, they said to contact my primary care and get a blood pressure cuff for the other portion of my physical health problems.

Hi there, I'm glad you were able to talk to your primary care doctor and buy a blood pressure cuff.
When trying to collect evidence for your doctor, it's important to take note. What time of day does the abnormal reading happen? Have you just eaten or drank anything? Or, alternatively, how long has it been since you ate or had something to drink? Did you just wake up or are you sleep deprived? What were you doing immediately before the abnormal reading showed up? There's probably more questions to keep in mind and make note of, but these are just a few examples.
