I recently got glasses October time 2025, and I am really struggling in keeping them clean, I feel like I am cleaning them about 4-6 times a day, they also keep fogging up... like when I go from cold to hot or when cooking... I've tried anti fog cloth and have also been using these anti fog wipes when I clean them... but I was just wondering if anyone has any ways in which I can perhaps like keep my glasses cleaner , and if theres any other ways I can stop them fogging up?

I've been wearing glasses since I was in elementary school and they're still filthy all the time lol. It's a struggle for a lot of glasses wearers. I think part of my issue is I touch/rub my eyes a lot, and somehow I end up grabbing them by the lens when I pick them up and get fingerprints on them. So it may mean making an effort to watch how you handle them.

For my glasses I just make sure I always make sure I am using my eyeglass spray and cloth to keep them clean and when I do touch them I just rewash them so I have them to use. I've never used anti fog wipes, sorry. You can get some and see how they work for you. I wish you the best with this.

Even though I don't wear glasses, my sunglasses get dirty quickly as well and I do have to clean them often. The only advice I can give is to maybe speak to your optometrist about any tips that they might have to help you.
I've been wearing glasses for as long as I can remember and they always get dirty. I rub and itch my eyes a lot, forgetting to take my glasses off first so that causes smudges to appear. You should consider getting glasses-safe cloth that won't harm the lens and keep them on you at all time. Get a second pair if necessary.
I need NEW glasses but its hard finding the exact right ones!!
Often new ones make my eyes hurt,etc.......
Do you give it a little bit of time for your eyes to adjust? I've noticed that sometimes if my prescription has increased more than a little bit my eyes need a second to get used to them.
