Chicken. My mom calls it "broasted chicken", but I don't think that's a word. Hmmm . .
Either way, it's really good. Not sure what we're having with it though.

Just had a christmas dinner. I had turkey, stuffing balls, pigs in blankets, sausage meat, peas, broccoli, sweetcorn, cauliflower, potatoes and carrots. I didn't eat it all and I'm totally STUFFED right now.

Ham for my family, but I don't eat that. So there's also turkey, mashed potatoes, corn, probably carrots, turnips, pineapples, rolls, sparkling apple cider, other stuff, other stuff. <3 Christmas dinner.

Risoles made from the extra meat from Christmas dinner (turkey and ham) and some stuffing, fried into a burger kinda shape with sprouts, turnip, carrot, broccoli and potatoes of course, hopefully roasters
