So, I went to the library yesterday and picked up three books and then I went to another library in my county (I live in a huge county with a number of libraries) and I ended up getting 7 other books. They happened to have this book and I have been wanting to read it for ages so I picked it up. This is my fourth Laurie Halse Anderson book.

I think I might have spoiled the ending of this novel or at least a big part of the novel but I am still gonna read it. To chicken to go back and fully re-read what I saw because then I would definitely know it was spoiled. Probably won't start this tonight. Having a bit of a headache right now.

I gave up on the Graphic novel 'My favorite thing is monsters'. I was struggling with how the writing and the drawings didn't contrast enough and I had to squint to read it....and its a graphic novel with a tad bit more text so I was getting a headache.
I am a tad bit disappointed because the premise sounded interesting but I am not going to give myself a migraine and stress about getting it done in time to return to the library.

This is a Christian, Historical Fiction. I did not realize this when I requested it on Netgalley so I am not 100% certain I will like it. However, I want to at least attempt it.

I believe this is only 160 pages and I think it's a debut novel. It's not out in the USA yet and I was able to get an eARC from Netgalley. Hoping to start it later today and maybe I can finish it as well.

That's supposed to be really good. There is a 10th anniversary edition coming out in October. I'm probably going to buy it and then, I might end up reading it. They are such long books so I am hesitant to read them when the third and final novel is not out.

It is really good indeed. The plot's compelling and I love the author's writing style. True they're long and the wait will probably be frustrating for me, but I've wanted to read them for so long that I decided I'll do it now anyway.

If you read primarily fantasy I could probably suggest some completed and uncompleted series. I haven't read them all but I got most the suggestions from a fantasy lover in YouTube and I trust her.
