The great artists of our time are the ones who created something timeless. But it was never them defining it that way.
Everyone has a story. What's yours?

a bit ago i read:
The Raw Shark Texts- steven hall. seeeriously weird and trippy/philosophical, but really good! about a guy who wakes up and doesn't know who he is...
let the right one in- john lindqvist. even more amazing than the film. loads of extra gruesome goodies!
the girl with the dragon tattoo- steig larsson. swedish again, its a crime thriller where a financial reporter gvets asked to find out what happened to a girl who disappeared on a small (temporarily) inescapable island. dun dun duuun. plus theres a 24 year old woman hacker whos really cool.

I am reading Finnikan of the Rock by Melaina Marchetta and The Lovely Bones by Alice Sebold.

Required summer reading. Its actually quite interesting.
We were made to be courageous.
Everybody falls sometimes
Gotta find the strength to rise
From the ashes and make a new beginning
Anyone can feel the ache
You think it’s more than you can take
But you're stronger, stronger than you know
Don’t you give up now
The sun will soon be shining
You gotta face the clouds
To find the silver lining
