My best friend is being bullied -

My best friend who is a sister to me and who i'm a sister too who lives about 5 hours away in wales is being bullied and i don't know how to help her mother wont let her move schools and the police won't do anything. The black boxes on the screenshots attached are just to protect our identity and any identifying information.She knows about this thread and she knows how i've edited the screenmunches,with her permission. I wont give any more identifying info,

It seems to me your friend needs to sit down with her mother, and maybe the school and have a chat about what is going on. A school should be a safe environment for everyone; its obviously not for her. She needs to tell her mother that its serious, and she is really upset.
What should could do is start going to a therapist, and just talk things out with them. Having someone to talk too, and that can actually help does wonders for people.
I think she also should tell her mother how she has been feeling because of the bullying, her mother will start to notice something is up. She needs to be as honest as possible with them, and they will try to help her.
