Release anger through exercise -

Anger or other strong emotions may be released through physical exercise. Do you practise it? If yes, what kind of exercise helps you the most? Maybe you prefer some other ways of releasing anger?

I like going for walks or dancing around in my flat to release the tension I might feel when angry.
Not only is it a great diversion — ie, as opposed to punching things to give an example — but it's also important for heart and brain health. Releasing those endorphins can lift our spirits back up and get rid of any bad energy anger can inflict on our minds and internal organs.

When I feel anxious or really stressed out, I go weightlifting, playing competitive sports like tennis, and running. Sports with medium and high level of intensity can keep me focusing on what I am doing instead of what I am anxious about. The strange thing is after I kind of exhaust my physical body, my mind will get to a rather tranquil state that allow me to think composedly.
