Feeling anxious all the time lately -
September 15th 2025, 03:56 AM
Hi everyone,
Lately I’ve been feeling anxious almost every day, even about small things. Sometimes I can’t sleep well because my mind keeps overthinking, and it makes me really tired during the day.
I want to find healthy ways to calm myself down and not let stress take over. Does anyone have tips or personal routines that help with daily anxiety?

Hello, try finding some calming app on your phone and YouTube videos, watch them and they can help you to feel calm and better. Hope you will be okay soon.

Hi there,
I'm sorry to hear what you're experiencing. I suffer from anxiety as well and often find it hard to fall asleep due to the racing thoughts. I often engage in things I enjoy such as reading, listening to music and watching funny movies/videos.
Have you tried talking to a mental health professional? They can help you with tips on how to handle anxiety in your day to day life.
Mediation and listening to calming music may help as well.
