One Punch Man is an absolute must watch, even if you're not into action-focused shows. It's just pure quality.
A lot of KyoAni shows are worth giving a go too : Violet Evergarden, Your Name, Hibike Euphonium are great examples here. This studio is known for their recognizable, highly polished visuals and well handled adaptations. Absolutely one of my favourites.
If you don't mind something a bit more crude, Black Lagoon is incredible.
Demon Slayer is supposedly solid.
The risk I took was calculated, but boy, am I bad at math.

Hi I love anime and could make so many suggestions! If you like Death Note and Erased then you might also like Full metal Alchemist Brotherhood and Soul Eater both are on Netflix if you have that. I won't overwhelm you with more then two recommendations for now since your just starting out.
