I would say when my mum passed away 3 years ago...
She suffered with ALS for over a year and slowly got worse.. She was totally bedridden for over a year and started not being able to talk.. Then she stopped eating....

I'm so sorry that you and your family experienced this.
I'd say graduating from undergrad. I was still mentally ill but not like now. Now is worse.
