I recently recovered from anorexia, anyone willing to share their stories, I could give advice? I like listening, and sharing too, so I'm happy to share my stories too!

Upped my intake, eaten all my meals so far today, plus three snacks, eaten a chocolate bar (!) and am defeating one of my fear foods. Today is a good day.
Do you wanna come with me? 'Cause if you do, then I should warn you - you're gonna see all sorts of things. Ghosts from the past. Aliens from the future. The day the Earth died in a ball of flame. It won't be quiet, it won't be safe, and it won't be calm. But I'll tell you what it will be: The trip of a lifetime!

Yeah except, I don't think I'll ever recover..
Anyhow. Yesterday I had lunch with my mom which was hard because I didn't want it. Couldn't finish it (was avoiding mushrooms )
And I set a birthday breakfast on wednesday.. so seeing as it'll be my birthday...I might have to eat and sdjals.
I'm trying.

For the first time since I relapsed back in February, I did NOT count any calories nor did I write anything down in my food journal. I also did not restrict. I ate my nephew's first birthday cake. You guys have no idea how proud of myself I am. Oh, and I feel kinda sorta okay with my body.

Congrats everybody!
I think we should schedule a cake party for everybody in recovery in chat. Recovery is a process, and we'll all get there eventually. <3
