Why Me? Here is a safe space to let it all out, where you can rant about all the bad things life throws your way. Sometimes it just helps to ask "why me?"

People are so idiotic. That's not why they get upset. Totally missing the point but good on you for being an amazing parent and KNOWING that your child would never act that way. Fun fact: you don't actually know how your child is going to act. The only thing you know is that your child won't act like that in front of you.

I don't want you to be in pain, but if you miss work either for pain or for surgery/recovery to fix the pain, I stay in pain because my issues don't get dealt with.
For the love of God, how hard is it to pick a schedule for me and leave it!? I'm trying to schedule a life around you for Fuck sake!

Between renewing loan payment plan and Medicaid taking longer than it should, changing the clocks, and the fact that I never know what my schedule will be and can't adjust it without talking to them in person, I'm more than a little paranoid that SOMETHING is going to go wrong, and I'm going to end up screwed somehow

I want to trust and believe that this is a sign that you've changed and that your next visit won't be the nightmare I'm expecting, but history tells me better.

I can't stand when people tell victims of sexual assault that they need to press charges because the person shouldn't feel like they can get off scot free.
If you've never actually been through that and if you've never actually pressed charges you shouldn't speak. Pressing charges takes a huge toll and more times than not the person goes free anyway.
If someone says 'I don't think I can press charges because I'm not in a mentally stable place' don't add something about pressing charges because the person needs to be punished.

I feel so damn broken and depressed. I hope tomorrow is a better day. Looking forward to this weekend though because it is both my nieces birthday party.
